TFL feed returning blank content

Has anyone else noticed that since around 11-Apr-2013, the TFL API occasionally returns blank content? It seems to happen several times per day. We can fix this by re-requesting the data, but this is rather annoying.

For example, occasionally our page returns an error message:

This is actually using the live source from:

http://www.tfl.gov.uk/tfl/syndication/feeds/cycle-hire/livecyclehireupdates.xml

Otherwise works great for Blackberry phone users.
