My petition:

Exterior “No Cycling” signs changed to say “No Cycling Above Walking Pace”

All exterior signs that say “No Cycling” changed to signs that say “No Cycling Above Walking Pace”. Cycling on pavements and in pedestrianised areas at walking pace is safe. Just use common sense like when walking.
