It takes me 32 minutes to commute to work in the morning and another 32 minutes in the way back, so as I’m overpassing the first 30 free minutes (by only 2 minutes) I need to change the bike during the commuting, but I have to wait 5 minutes before I take the bycicle again. Is there any way to avoid this 5 minutes wait?

Yes but with the extended network the free period should be extended to 40-45 minutes
2 accounts each with their own key? You’d have to pay 2 access fees though (unless you were really precise with your timings, always manage to dock at the same time every day and remember which key is active if your using 24 hr access)
use energy drink and ride it faster!!!
