    I’ve always used my key but now I only need the bike occasionally and I’m not able to ‘rent’.

    Hi, Twice over a few months and at two different loctions I’ve tried to rent a bike using my Santander Visa Debit card. I’ve followed the instrutions carefully but just end up in an endless loop, with no bike. I’m not sure what is happening but after initial pages it asks for my card, then asks for how many bikes, then asks again for my card and pin, then goes right back to the beginning screen again and starts over. Any ideas?



    If your debit card is the same one that’s linked to you membership account with the key, you won’t be able to use it. You’ll need to use a different card or use your membership key.



    What do you mean when you say you’re unable to rent using your key? You ought to be, so that should probably be the problem you try solving first!
