I’m an annual member and the my key stopped working so they said they’d send a new one and that I should casual hire in between, then apply for a refund.
They didn’t send a new key (what a surprise) and now they’ve refused my refund request.
Has anyone else had problems of this kind? How much pestering will be involved ?
