Did anyone else get this in their inbox? I’ve just spent a good 15 minutes answering the questions and was surprised at how in depth the survey was.
There were questions on ease of use of docking stations and the website, availability of bikes, my impression of the service for my last hire and so on. Even an question on my biggest gripe with the bikes (definitely the fact the bells rarely work).
Looks like TfL might be starting to take feedback on the state of the service more seriously.
