I returned a bike on Friday night, getting a green light and ensuring it was locked in place. Come Saturday morning my key wasn’t working, so I called the call centre and was told that that journey was still open. With a sinking feeling I remembered the horror stories of people getting charged £150 with no recourse.
So it’s my pleasure to report that Charmaine Singh at the call centre tracked down the missing bike, got my key working and ensured that I wouldn’t get charged at all for their mistake. I wish all their employees were this good!
