I’m sure that in the early days my activity log used to update within a couple of hours, 24 hours at the most. But now rides can take up to a fortnight to appear – which is worrying as I do like to make sure they don’t think I’m off riding into the sunset several days after docking the bike.
Is this me, or does it happen to everyone? And do we know whether they’ll ever fix it?
Yeah, i’d read that thread and have occasionally printed a recip if i think it’s necessary (usually longer journeys)t – but as i get a green light (no guarantee i know) and i’m able to get another bike i assume it’s ok – but it seems odd that journeys take so long to register.
Yep, seems like they are experiencing a whole host of software problems. I don’t know why it takes so long for journeys to register (compared to earlier days in the program), but maybe casual use and subsequent strains on the system has something to do with it (?)
