In the West End we are restricted as mentioned by the hours we can get to the docking stations and replenish them, and so this can cause problems at the times you have mentioned. This said I have made Serco aware of your comments and the specific stations you have mentioned and they will ensure they are doing all they can to try and improve the situation.
I also appreciate your points regarding the information around the Jubilee weekend changes to the scheme. I apologise that you feel the information provided wasn’t enough as we do like to ensure people intending to use the scheme can do so as easily as possible. We placed all information on the website and changed it as and when necessary to ensure there was a way for intending users to plan their journeys but I am sorry if you feel this was not sufficient in this instance and your point has been noted.
The docking status information is on the Cycle Hire page of the website which is easily accessible from the main home page, and can also be found using a quick search of the main TfL site.
