Probably a very good idea. It’s their attitude that annoys me the most. They can’t conceal there are massive problems so the best way forward is to just to be honest and say what they are and what they will do to (eventually) fix it. I’ve used Velib scheme (Paris) and VCub (Bordeaux) when I was a student there and there were none of these problems.
As always, UK doing it on the cheap, doing it behind closed doors.
