First post! Decided to register to say:
(1) Since joining at the end of Feb, I’ve had several billing disputes – including an apparently “missing” bike. To TfL’s credit they’ve all been resolved in my favour, including one refund. My only gripe was that I never got the promised call to say everything was OK after the missing bike episode, I just put my key in on Monday morning and it worked;
(2) There are definitely glitches in the system. I have in my possession two printed journey records – both with the same start time, location and bike number, but they have different finishing times and locations. I’ll keep these safe just in case I ever end up in the Small Claims Court opposite Boris or his representative on Earth.
