Checked my online activity. Surprise surprise I have been charged for two subscriptions one at 08:23 for the first flash of doom and then another at 08:24 for the second flash of doom. So given I received no bike I am to be charged £2 for Zilch.

Rang the call centre and they confirmed I was to be charged £2 for a 24hr period (with one key) and they could see this was clearly impossible. I am told that I should receive a refund… but I’ll believe it when I see it… the last refund didn’t materialise.

This has pushed me over the edge… I’ve turned AutoRenew off and will try and avoid the scheme for a few weeks until the glitches get resolved.

Total shambles.
